so today has been fantastic so far...
woke up around 930am and went to the post office around 1030 to mail some stuff home...then met mckenzie and people at dascomb for lunch before going to the gym to smack some weights around. i got to the gym around 1215 and started my different workout, most of the time i try to isolate 2 or 3 bodyparts...such as back and biceps when i do deadlifts, pullups, rows, and stuff like that. this time its a different workout...did bench press, clean and press, pullups, dips, incline dumbell bench, and 3 heavy sets of leg press at the end of the workout. i was beyond tired when i finished the routine and it took me like 15 mins to walk from the gym to my dorm room, it usually takes around 10 mins or so. once i got back i chugged a protein shake and took a shower, and here comes the soreness, if its bad now, itll get worse by tomorrow...i MUST make time to go for a run tomorrow at some point to get this lactic acid out of my system.
anyways...tomorrow is friday!! which means....chamber orchestra concert and then drinking...or maybe drinking, chamber orchestra, then more drinking?...i dont know...ive never been to an orchestra concert a little tipsy so maybe i'll do it tomorrow haha
this weekend there is a 'classy' party in orange kitchen in our dorm hahaha.....classy in a dorm room?...of course it makes sense...anyways...i'm providing wine...not really sure what to get though...maybe some white zinf??
anyway...i just ate a massive sandwich from Decafe...and i think another nap might be in order
