i'm re-adjusting my internal clock so when i have to wake up at 9am it wont be like hell on earth. so i woke up at 930 today, made some oatmeal and just hung out. didnt see the new neighbors today, but i have a feeling we'll be seeing them more frequently in the not so far future.
i made oatmeal with raisins for my breakfast, it has been a while since i've had it and damn, it was good lol. warmed up a bit later than i wanted, but whatever...
was talking to my good friend alex, from high school, we both love working out and being 'jacked black guys' haha...we were talking about pushups and he found this website for people who want to do 100 pushups, something we both could do in a few minutes, but he was talkin about doin 100 pushups in a row. it gave me another goal i want to reach by spring break; 100 consecutive pushups in 1 setting. sounds easy, some might say...then YOU try it right now...go ahead, i'll wait...
instead of bench presses today i wanted to see how many pushups i could do... ready-set-go... i cranked out as many as i could...goal was around 80...and i did 75...not too shabby, but there is room for improvement. there are a few ways of approaching this...every workout day i have i'll add 100 pushups or so...at the end of the workout...1 set of max then another set of however many are left, out of 100...we'll see how it goes
thats all for now...i'm going to do more pushups
